How long do workshops last?
Most workshops last between 2 and 3 hours.

No. All materials, tools, fragrance oils, and guidance are provided.

Can beginners attend?
Absolutely. Our workshops are designed for complete beginners as well as fragrance and candle enthusiasts.

Can I book a private candle-making party?

How old do I have to be to book a workshop?
Ages 16+
Can attend standard public workshops independently (with parental consent if desired)
Ages 12–15
Allowed only when accompanied by a paying adult with prior notice to workshop host.
Can I take my candle home on the day?
Depending on the workshop format, candles may need additional curing time.
Where immediate collection is not possible, collection or postage options will be provided.

How can I get the best burn from my candle?
For the first burn, allow the wax to melt fully across the surface (approximately 2–4 hours). This helps prevent tunnelling and ensures an even burn throughout the life of the candle.
Do you offer candle refills?
Yes. We offer a candle refill service for selected Nuria Home vessels as part of our commitment to sustainability and mindful luxury.

Can I send a candle as a gift?
Absolutely. Our candles make beautiful gifts for birthdays, housewarmings, anniversaries, new parents, thank-you gifts, and special occasions.

Ordering & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
As each candle is hand-poured and prepared in small batches, please allow:
3–7 business days for production and dispatch
An additional 2–4 business days for UK delivery
During busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Do you keep stock ready to ship?
Some collections are held in small quantities, but many products are made to order to ensure freshness and quality.
Do you offer express delivery?
Where available, express shipping options will be displayed during checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where applicable.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my candle?
Unused, unlit candles may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.
Can I return a personalised or bespoke order?
Unfortunately, personalised, bespoke, custom-labelled, and made-to-order products cannot be returned unless faulty.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance for private events to secure your preferred date.
